Everything was great and the whole process was very smooth. Nothing but good things to say about the employer and their company. I was efficient and got complements regularly as to how I was working. Eddie let me go all over a small misunderstanding and it was very disappointing. I went in on my day off after a long night so I was quite tired. They sent me home and a few days later he had a random conversation about it and said HR is strict and wouldn’t like that. He said I should’ve just called in instead of showing up. I don’t think it was his fault as none of my regular leads were there that day to reassure him. I also think Melissa didn’t like me because of a past absence, but that’s a whole new story. Long story short, if you choose trinity… good luck

I did an interview with Leanne and she was all nice and sweet and I was looking for 16 -18 an hour full time job so I can be living comfortably. So she kept offering me this 12 dollar airport position over and over again. I was looking for growth and opportunity and when I tried to apply to work there at the agency and Leanne right away says “Oh ….. well that requires experience” already making me feel that I’m not good enough for a job in general. So a year later I sent my resume to Leanne (giving her a second chance) because I saw a Receptionist position so she can send my resume to the recruiter and its an entry level job ….. ENRTY LEVEL JOB and I have 13 years of experience with customer service and she said “unfortunately you didn’t meet the requirements for the position” and now this trinity company is just NO hope all they do is ask for all your personal information and basically tell you to hope for the best. The world is already and ugly place and Trinity is just making it worse.

I want to thank Eddie and Melissa for helping me find work. I was in a bind and kind of hopped around trying to find my way, trying to find someplace close to home to work at. I interviewed with Eddie and he's to the point and very professional . I was unable to start on my actual start date and of course I messaged him a few hours before due to my circumstances . I explained to him what was going on and he replied to let him know when I was ready to start so I did and I'm starting tomorrow. I was impressed from the moment I arrived for my interview with the receptionist as well ,she made me feel welcome and I was immediately comfortable. I don't see how anyone can say eddies a bad guy in the other reviews he is very professional but to the point . I respect the man and his professional attitude and personality. I'm looking forward to my first day , Thanks Trinity Staffing .

I guess they took down my review cause they don't like the truth coming out. Melissa and Eddie....worst managers I've ever had. Ever. They don't care about you or your feelings. This is coming from a guy who had a great history with the job, and nothing but compliments and no complaints. Yet, they fire me saying "Everyone has complained". That's downright wrong. They will make up pity excuses to make "Firing you for working hard and being a great worker" sound more better. It's beyond pathetic and i don't suggest this agency to anyone. If you're reading this..."Lunatic Melissa" and "Idiotic Eddie".. Shame on you....both. you ruined my life for no reason. Thanks for that.
